SLOW JUICER

What is different between SLOW JUICER and CENTRIFUGAL JUICERS?

The juice from a slow juicer is thin, but slightly less clear than with a juicer. This is because, due to the slow method of juicing, more fibers remain in the drink. Because no frictional heat is released during the juicing process, juice from a slow juicer is often said to be healthier than juice from a centrifugal juicer. Slow juicers refers to juicing at low RPM which retains nutrients (as opposed to juicing at high RPM which creates heat and destroys nutrients).

Keenray masticating juicer has a lean and small footprint so hardly takes up any counter or cupboard space at all. There is a simple button operating mechanism that sees you flick the switch up for forward and back for reverse turn. The screw piece inside then rotates to chew up and spit out the resulting products - juice and pulp. There are two outlets: 1 for the juice, 1 for the dry pulp. Masticating juicers are for harder fruits and vegetables, especially apples, carrots and the like.
